Our frequently asked questions are here to help you.
How Much do Midnight Sounds Cost?
We have a range of packages to suit every wedding. You will find our full price list on our wedding packages page
Can We Pick Our Own Songs?
Absolutely. Unlike most other bands, we welcome your input and we don’t just play the same set list all the time. Your wedding is unique and the band should reflect this. We do ask that you trust us to choose the bulk of the music on the night as we have vast experience when it comes to filling your dance floor.
How Do We Book Midnight Sounds?
We strongly recommend coming to see us at one of our regular showcase performance. This is a great way to see the band exactly as we would appear for your wedding. If you like what you see, our full time wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to take your booking. You can also do this online by contacting us via this site. We can email you a booking form and advise on how to pay your deposit. A booking deposit along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions are required before any booking can be confirmed.
Have Midnight Sounds Played our Venue before?
Probably! Over the past eight years we have performed for the weddings of over 500 couples. it is very unusual for us to be booked for a venue that we haven’t played in before. This experience has proved very helpful when advising couples on what out for with your venue in the run up to your wedding day.
How Long do Midnight Sounds Play For?
We play for up to three hours. We take one 15 minute break which is timed at the same time as your venues evening food if applicable. Our set is very high energy and runs continuously to keep people dancing. Come to see us at a showcase and you will see what we mean!
Do we pick our own first dance?
This would be normal. however, we are more than happy to offer advice in this regard. We can learn your first dance or if you prefer, we can play the original recording at no extra charge.
How do we pay Midnight Sounds?
The most common way to pay Midnight Sounds (or indeed most bands) is by an initial booking deposit payable by cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or bank draft with the balance being paid on the night of your wedding in cash. It is becoming increasingly popular for couples to pay the outstanding balance by bank transfer in advance of the wedding. We will not accept a cheque on the night but will happily do so a minimum of ten days before your wedding. The band’s payment is due no later than the break on the night.
